3. Public Comment (2-minute limit per person) - The Board may not discuss or act on matters raised during Public Comment but may place the item on a future agenda.
4. Consent Agenda - The Board may consider, discuss, and take action on the following items:
   1. Minutes from meeting held February 17, 2026
   2. Presentation and discussion of financials - January 2026
   3. Executive Director's Report
      1. Update on outstanding Tenants Accounts Receivable balances
      2. Update on occupancy rates and leasing
      3. Capital Fund Program project status and expenditures
      4. Summary of ongoing and/or planned maintenance projects
      5. Administrative & Operational Activities
5. Executive Session
   The Board will convene into Executive Session pursuant to the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code § 551.072, to deliberate a possible partnership with outside real estate group concerning properties in the City of Victoria.
6. Reconvene into Open Session 
   Following Executive Session, the Board will reconvene in Open Session to take action, if any, on matters discussed in Closed Session.
