Vendor Registration

The Housing Authority of the City of Victoria is updating its procurement system to streamline the process and ensure better communication with its vendors.  The new system will be required by all vendors who wish to submit bids. Registering to be a vendor for HCAV is free.  If you would like to be considered for statewide and national solicitations, there is a registration fee. This is a great way to get your company name in front of more potential customers and generate leads.
