Payment Standards

Payment standards are used to calculate the rent portion the HA will pay, also known as the Housing Assistance Payment (HAP). The payment standard reflects the maximum payment the HA can pay based on the Fair Market Rents (FMR), which are established by HUD annually. The Housing Authority of the City of Victoria has established the following payment standard amounts by bedroom size.

• Two-Bedroom - $1,276
