   1. Minutes from meeting held December 16, 2025
   2. Presentation and discussion of financials for November & December 2025
   3. Executive Director's Report
      1. Update on outstanding Tenants Accounts Receivable balances
      2. Update on occupancy rates and leasing
      3. Capital Fund Program project status and expenditures
      4. Summary of ongoing and/or planned maintenance projects
      5. Administrative & Operational Activities
6. Executive Session
   The Board will recess into Executive Session pursuant to § 551.074 of the Texas Government Code (Personnel Matters) to deliberate the Executive Director's contract, outside training opportunities, and related employment terms
7. Reconvene into Open Session
   Following Executive Session, the Board will reconvene in Open Session to take action, if any, on matters discussed in Closed Session.
