THE FOLLOWING AGENDA WILL BE CONSIDERED AT THE MEETING:

1. Call to order
2. Roll Call
3. Public Comment (2-minute limit per person) - The Board may not discuss or act on matters raised during Public Comment but may place the item on a future agenda.
4. Consent Agenda - The Board may consider, discuss, and take action on the following items:
   a.       Minutes from meeting held October 21, 2025
   b.       Presentation and discussion of financials for September & October 2025
   c.       Executive Director's Report
        i.      Update on outstanding Tenants Accounts Receivable balances
       ii.      Update on occupancy rates and leasing
      iii.      Capital Fund Program project status and expenditures
      iv.      Summary of ongoing and/or planned maintenance projects
       v.      Administrative & Operational Activities
5. Executive Session
   The Board will recess into Executive Session pursuant to § 551.074 of the Texas Government Code (Personnel Matters) to deliberate the Executive Director's contract, outside training opportunities, and related employment terms
6. Reconvene into Open Session
   Following Executive Session, the Board will reconvene in Open Session to take action, if any, on matters discussed in Closed Session.
7. Action Items
   a.       Discussion and Possible Action
       i.      Discuss and consider Resolution 1729 - 2026 PHA Annual Plan
      ii.      Discuss and consider Resolution 1730 - Transferring of monies from Housing Authority of City of Victoria checking account to Victoria Affordable Housing Corporation checking account
      iii.      Discuss and consider Resolution 1731 - Approve Executive Director Contract amendments
8. January Board Meeting date and time -January 20, 2026, 12:00 pm
9. Adjournment
