      1. Update on outstanding Tenants Accounts Receivable balances
      2. Update on occupancy rates and leasing
      3. Capital Fund Program project status and expenditures
      4. Summary of ongoing and/or planned maintenance projects
      5. Administrative & Operational ActivitiesExecutive Session
5. The Board may recess into Executive Session pursuant to the Texas Opens Meetings Act.
   Reconvene into Open Session 
   Following Executive Session, the Board will reconvene in Open Session to take action, if any, on matters discussed in Executive Session.

      1. Discuss and consider Resolution 1738 - Authorize Executive Director to sign documents pertaining to the LIHTC Application
      2. Discuss and consider Resolution 1739 - Bond Issuance/Public Facilities Corporation formation
      3. Discuss and consider Resolution 1740 - creation of Director of Housing position and approval of job description
