       ii.            Discuss and consider Resolution 53 - Remove DBA Vista Management from any and all banking accounts
      iii.            Discuss and consider Resolution 54 - Approve receipt of funds transferred from Housing Authority of City of Victoria checking account to Victoria Affordable Housing Corporation checking      account
6. January Board Meeting date and time - January 20, 2026, 12:00 pm
